My name is Andrea Spányik Mesterné, founder and dedicated owner of Mestergomi Bolognese Kennel.

My love for the Bolognese breed has shaped my life for more than two decades. I began breeding in 1999, and since then every puppy born in our kennel has held a special place in my heart.

When I established Mestergomi Kennel, my dream was to create a breeding program where all the beauty, charm, and noble character of the Bolognese could flourish in the very best hands.

I am incredibly proud that, thanks to our outstanding show achievements over the years, our kennel has earned the prestigious title of Golden Wreath Master Breeding Kennel, a professional recognition of our commitment to excellence and responsible breeding.

Mestergomi Bolognese dogs have achieved World Winner, European Winner, Reserve European Winner, and numerous Best in Show titles. Among all our accomplishments, I am perhaps most proud of our success at the 2021 European Dog Show, where dogs bred by our kennel won the European Winner titles as well as Best of Breed (BOB) and Best of Opposite Sex (BOS) in the Bolognese breed.

We repeated this remarkable achievement at the 2024 World Dog Show, where two of our dogs earned World Winner titles, and once again Mestergomi dogs claimed both BOB and BOS, becoming the finest representatives of the breed. In 2025, another European Winner and BOB title was added to our achievements.

Yet, more important to me than any award is the happiness our dogs bring into the lives of their families.

The primary goal of our kennel is to breed Bolognese puppies that fully meet the breed standard—dogs with sound temperaments, harmonious structure, excellent breed type, and beautiful coats. Whether destined for a successful show career or a loving family home, every puppy receives the same care, dedication, and attention.

All of our breeding dogs undergo the required health and genetic screenings. For me, it is essential that every puppy begins life with the best possible foundation: excellent health, strong genetics, and the opportunity for a long, happy life.

At Mestergomi Kennel, every dog is a cherished member of the family. I firmly believe that love, care, and deep respect for the breed are what make our puppies truly special.

To me, the Bolognese is much more than a breed—it is a way of life, a lifelong bond, and a source of endless joy and companionship.
